Abstract | Solving problem of matrix calculation with Structure-Controllable Neural Network (SCNN) has advantages including generality, forward calculation, parallel structure, etc. and therefore is suitable to be realized by hardware. In this paper, a definition of Generalized Inverse matrix is introduced. On the basis of SCNN and BP learning algorithm, a two-layer neural network model and the corresponding algorithm are proposed to solve many kinds of generalized inverses. The algorithm performance is proved satisfactory by simulation tests.

Abstract | The website is a storage space on a particular server is accessed through particular domain, the main objective of any website is to provide a service for visitors, so the universities around the world have websites through which the service for its students and its staff as well as to help those interested in this University access to or knowledge of information about them, and whenever such service is excellent higher the website of this university in the world ranking. In this manuscript, we will look into the most important reasons that lead to delays in Tikrit University website in the world rankings and how processing this problem. |

Abstract | The subject matter of Agriculture, Food Security and Standard of Living has recently become a major discuss in literature due to perennial economic crises ravaging the world all over. Thus, this study examined the impact of agriculture on food security and standard of living in Nigeria. Emphatically, it examined how government budgetary allocation to agricultural sector impact on food security and standard of living. Secondary data were sourced from CBN statistical bulletin and National bureau of statistics. Data were analyzed descriptively through trend analysis, tables and bar chart. The study revealed that, agriculture is the main stay of the economy but unfortunately in Nigeria, less attention and lack of political will from the government contributes to the low performance of the sector despite all polices and strategies that had been put in place. Thus, the resultant consequence being food insecurity and poor standard of living. The study concludes that food security and favorable standard of living is a function of improvement of agricultural sector and to achieve this, government must be willing to invest adequately in the sector. Not only this, there must be participatory commercialization of the sector in order to guarantee food security and enhanced standard of living to the rising population in Nigeria. The study however recommends that government should not only stop at funds allocation to agricultural sector, but adequate scientific monitoring must be encouraged to ascertain that the funds so allocated are channeled for the purpose to which they are allocated. This is necessary so that, the funds won’t end up in the hands of the greedy people within the sector. |

Abstract | Bayesian methods are a kind of data-driven methods developed in recent years and have played an important role in fault detection and diagnosis. Nevertheless, traditional Bayesian fault detection methods cannot deal with the case where some underlying modes are ambiguous in the historical data. To cope with this problem, a new method is presented in this paper. The modes with uncertainty in historical data are classified under a Bayesian framework by combing historical data, current evidence and prior knowledge. In order to improve the detection performance, weighted kernel density estimation is employed in likelihood estimation. The proposed method is tested with Tennessee Eastman (TE) process benchmark data and shows better performance compared to previous approaches. |

Abstract | With the development of Internet/Intranet, more and more traditional applications can be performed on browser, or E-Business trades and other complicated application systems such as MIS, ERP and CRM and so on. In order to satisfy both traditional application and Web application, reduce the cost of system developing repeatedly, increase the reusability of application system and take advantage of the functions of OOA/OOD sufficiently, a new distributed architecture (system solution based on repeated components) comes forth. In this paper, the distributed architecture structure will be discussed in detail. The evolution of traditional application system and Web application system is discussed, especially the advantages and disadvantages of two architectures. The distributed architecture (system solution based on repeated components) is described particularly. Several prevalent component technologies, such as COM+, CORBA and EJB, is also be illustrated. The practice of the technology of reusable component is analyzed and the design of a management system of Science & Technology Articles is presented. The latest distributed technology of Web service based on xml/soap is summarized. |

Title | A FAULT DETECTION METHOD FOR CONTROL LOOP SYSTEMS BASED ON PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS |

Abstract | Bayesian methods are a kind of data-driven methods developed in recent years and have played an important role in fault detection. Since the historical data is collected from a number of monitors, there are typically two approaches for estimation of the likelihood of evidence. One is to take each monitor reading as independent and the other is to lump all monitor readings. Nevertheless, for most chemical processes the monitor readings have correlations to other ones; lumping all monitor readings is infeasible, too, because the size of historical data is limited and this approach will suffer curse of dimensionality. In this paper, we present a method where the likelihood estimation is based on principal component analysis. The evidence can be transformed into independent pieces in another space, so that the detection can be enhanced. The proposed method is tested with Tennessee Eastman (TE) process benchmark data and is demonstrated to be more effective compared to other methods. |

Abstract | The aim of this study is to analyze audit market and to compare of the Big Four auditing firms’ position to other auditing firms in Turkey. There were 103 audit firms at 2013 and 138 audit firms at 2014 in Turkey. In 2013 67 firms and in 2014 74 firms published transparency reports and has been taken to the research. In this study the transparency report of audit firms are examined within the scope of the subjects; the number of partners, the number of employees, (junior auditor, senior auditor, in-charge auditor, manager, partner) income distribution, (financial statement audit, tax audit, information systems audit, other audit, consultancy, non-operating ) and training coordinated in the companies. |
